Saw a Mazdaspeed RX-8 today.

On Telegraph in Bloomfield Hills, MI. It was cool to see one...I didn't know they were out over here.

Probably just a someone who bought the body kit for a normal RX-8.

its only the body kit probably, although he might have got the springs, sway bars etc.

Ah...that would make sense. And it did look like he had more than just the kit...i.e. springs, etc.

well he claims he saw it in Auburn Hills, MI...which I believe is in the U.S. :D

It is most likely just the body kit, just like many members here have.

Yeah, it was LHD...thats why I was surprised and made the post. In retrospect, I should have just assumed it was a kit.

Did you guys ever think maybe he installed the lightweight flywheel, springs, and swaybar, and the outside looked like a base RX-8?
