RX8 Suspension knock noise

RX8 Suspension knock noise
Hi,
I have a mazda rx8 which now after 80000klm seems no be making a knocking noise from the left side front and back, we check under the car and it seems to be coming from these arms connected to the control arm to a computer like box, but they are only on the left side. has any one had this problem and can suggest how to fix it?
