Interesting find on the RX7 though. That drawing looks awful similar to our 8s!

 

shiet.. i wouldn't mind being a cop if that was my marked vehicle,
although i'd probably be horibble in hot pursuits since i'd be too scared to draft the assailant and damage my baby, even tho it wouldn't be my baby per se

 

I guess they won't be involved in any high-speed chases anytime soon

I wouldnt be a cop for an 8. The Gallardo and 360 police cars though, well I would take a bullet in a non life threatening area for those.

NEWS FLASH!!,its almost the end of 2006... where's that rx7???

based on history, mazda has never resurrected an earlier rx series when a newer rx has been introduced. this 'return of rx7' hope is simply someone's day dream

 

In japan the rx-8 comes with different options, so there is a Manual tranny car with the 16" wheels (they also have a 5 speed manual there alongside the automatic and 6 speed manual)
