Perhaps a new rule for next month... a requirement for at least $2k worth of mods to get nominated. No offense to anyone, but it looks like half of these cars are practically stock. You wouldn't see a car in a show win with just clear corners and stickers, why let it happen here?

What do you mean? I am willing to bet all the cars have at least 2K, they all have wheels and some sort of bodykit. Maybe list all the mods you have in case it cant be seen in the pic?

 

NoTears, other than Malfere2's car, which car up there looks like it has less than $2K invested? Outside of that one car, the others clearly have more than $2k, and why does it have to be based on how much you spend to mod the car. More money spent does not mean it will be better.

 

Man it is a tough choice this month. I'm going to have to take a little time to decide. Liking the idea that no 8 can be nominated 2 months in a row.

But that doesn't mean they're not allowed to enter.

 

my feelings are this:

if you get nominated, you get nominated....regardless of mods.....besides an 8 can have lots of mods that cant be seen in one photo...seriously, everyone knows enough on this forum as to who has what etc....and the sig can easily be viewed for extra measure....

i dont see anyone here who has just clears and stickers...every car here has beauty in its own right...

just my 2cents

I'll probably be well over 10k before I have any significant exterior mods other than clear corners. After a few years of modding and screwing up cars, you learn to appreciate a good, clean, stock car. Heck, at 5 years old, quality of paint and body panel alignment starts to sky rocket in importance.

I voted for Time b/c the Autobahn is one of my "more favoritest" kits and he and Chrism are testing the NJ cops for me for no front plate. He's also my kind of guy for a less obvious reason!!
