Rx8 Lanyards
 

Anybody know if there are any lanyards that say Rx-8 and if so, where can they be purchased from...

We all use lanyards for our name badges at work. I would also be interested.

there are some on on ebay that say mazdspeed.

I always sport the lanyard out of my pocket. Mine's a UNC one right now though.

I'd be very interested as well.

yea i've seen the ones on ebay that say mazdaspeed, but i would rather one that says rx-8.....

What the heck is a lanyard?

The closest thing I've seen is a leather strap thing. It's probably about 6-8" though.

This place seems to have a minimume order of 50 peices, most place have minimume of 100 peices.

Yeah, I thought the Rx-8 [rotor graphic] Rx-8 was the best, but I figured I'd think up as many choices as possible.

So, 4 for option #1. Now we just need 46 more people :P

the one that says zoom zoom would be too much of a kid thing for me, Although I love the passage in the begining of the manual stating the concept behind zoom zoom

These rotary graphics would be good on a lanyard depending on color of the lanyard.

I'd buy one for under $15

I've looked on ebay a few times in the past couple of months, I've never seen one, just ones that say MazdaSpeed

i want a black lanyard with yellow RX-8 on it to match with my Hi-Liter yellow 8. :)

Those are just iron on type.

The stitched logos are much better looking and last longer.

Hey, i found these images on one of the other boards... I think i like this rotary image a little better (sorry).
SmokeyTheBalrog in my opinion you should try polak... I kind of want this lanyard pretty soon, before my lease ends at least :wink2:

It would look good to have them turn instead of having them the same throughout.

Personally I would rather just have the rotary symbol every 3 to 5 inches. (Don't want it to look too busy).

Note, if you want the rotor to rotate, then the printer would consider each image a separate and unique image that we would have to create. That would make them more expensive.

Sugestion:
Could someone put these ideas into an image program? Create a black (or other color) bar and copy/paste these graphics and text onto it. So, we can get an idea of how each would end up looking.

Hang around your neck length and maybe 3/4" wide.

I'm interested as well.

I'd be in for buying one, but not one that's 3/4" wide. Any wider than 3/8"-7/16" and you can count me out... And any color other than blue or black will probably keep me out of the market, too. I wear a lanyard every day at work and the wider ones just look silly, IMHO, at least for something you have to wear in a work environment. Wider ones make for a larger logo, of course, and are fine for key lanyards or something you wear casually, but I wouldn't wear a wide one at work.

Necklace lanyards blow. What about the retractable button kind that you can clip to your clothes/pocket/etc and after you pull out your badge and use it, it automatically retracts back into the lanyard? That is the kind I use now. We could put a rotor or RX-8 design on it.

Actually, I'd be interested in both. Duke15, why don't you find a vendor, get some prices and start a 2nd thread to try to get a group buy going?

I think the place I linked too does both kinds (and others) of lanyards.

The problem is finding stores that will make batches of less then 100. The one I found does 50.

I"m in! only the really big dorks wear those stupid pull down ones....lol
