ok so im going to buy some Eyelids for my car and they come primed of course but i was wondering where how and how much could i get them painted to the exact color of my car and have it done good, also does anyone know if the mazda dealer would paint them?? i live in socal orange county area if anyone wants to help. sorry but i searched and i found no info on this. these are the lids im getting

I thought they came pre-painted from wherever you bought them, tbh. Goes to show how much I pay attention.

thanks for your replies. yea i know some websites do sell them pre painted but i couldn't find any =/ plus i have galaxy Grey i think lol or titanium i need to check my color code i just don't want to get them and then have them sit there for an eternity cuz i couldn't find anyone to paint them lol and i would do it myself but everytime i try a DIY it turns into a horrible disaster where 50 people at least die LOL the only thing i really want is for the color to match perfectly

 

Dont quote me on this but i think 04's were titanium grey and 05's and on were galaxy grey, but im not 100% sure.

 

oops i quoted u on it ha ^ but i have an 04 so maybe but ill just check color code when it gets back from shop today got a new radiator mine is kind of a darker grey but has a hint of blue watever that is

 

does anyone know where to order eyelids from that come pre painted (winning blue)

The only ones I know of that are prepainted are from evo-r.net but I just tried looking up their site and it wouldn't load for me.

 

Best bet is to get a body shop to paint them, locally. Ensure color is done right. That the way I did it.

 

And yet you don't say how much it cost????

Prices are going to vary from area to area and shop to shop.

Get quotes from the body shop and ask to see some of their work to see if it is is good or not.

If you are looking for suggestions for a body shop, post in the regional sections of the board, or search the regional sections for body shop suggestions.
