rx8 boost

i was thinking of going forced induction on my 06 rx8 with the 5spd. I have already put a zoom stage 3 clutch in it, and was wondering how much boost is safe and would you reccomend a turbo or a supercharger.

the clutch is rated to 550 whp, but which would give me the best powerband because me nor my mechanic or friends have worked on a boosted rx8 before.

yes its a five speed. some countries had the five speed along with the four port ren.
