I don't know much about it at all. I got the "M" last year too.
I know it was reflashed, I'll find out Monday which out it was.

Hey all....I got my 8 up-to-date on all TSB's today. Got an oil change and the N-flash also. I do notice a difference in acceleration. The ECU is still in /learning mode/, but there is a difference. Not saying good or bad at this point, will know more and be able to give a better answer by the weekend. Oh, did I mention I have a new Bose head unit on order (mine skips bad!!), a new Bose driver side speaker (Mine rattles!!) and 2 new headlights (Mine are discoloured!!!).

At this rate, I'll have a new rebuilt by this time next year!! :D

cgrx....what are you initial thoughts on the N-flash?

Ford Focus, Ford Focus, Impala, Taurus. The only redeeming part, the Taurus had Satellite radio.

I need to get my rearview mirror repalced, and get the console lid done too, I wonder what I will end up with this time.

I had them replace my brakes under the work order as well, now they don't squeak...except for in the early morning, the first few stops are LOUD. Then they kind of disappear. Anyone else had this happen?

Yup. Exactly. My new ones squeak when cold, such as leaving for and from work.

Well they didn't finish today so I am dropping it back off tomorrow, they are not only giving me the N flash but he is also going to upgrade my spark to the $130 platinum ones under warranty because there is supposedly a bulletin on it. But did get the oil change and new brake pads. I will keep you updated.

I went to Hiley, Stephanie was the person I dealt with. She is really cool and let me take my car for the night and bring it back in the morning. Hope your under 12,000 miles because you have to be for the brakes.
