I've recently been diagnosed with RX-8 OCD (rx-8 obsessive compulsive disorder).
This was a self-diagnosis as no medical doctor wanted to spend anytime with me in
discussing my RX-8.

As it stands, my RX-8 is comfortably sitting on 4 hydraulic jacks. The wheels gently sitting beside the car (I didn't want them "hanging" on the car all winter long). My 8 was washed and waxed last November and a soft, yet breathable car cover was draped over her. I haven't seen her in months, yet I'm satisfied knowing she isn't being harmed by UV light, stone chips, farting in the seat, etc. It's getting warmer now. Spring is on the way. I have this yearning to drive her again.

Some of you may be thinking "you're crazy". And I'd have to admit, yes, I'm crazy.

Oh man. Really sorry to hear about that Georg. From what I've read, there is no cure for this condition. Apparently, it's one of those things that can only be managed, never cured. If you'd like a picture of me driving my '8 with a huge smile on my face, let me know. It may help alleviate some of your suffering.

Protecting you 8 during the harsh winter months is definitely the smart thing to do.

However, based on your level RX-8 OCD, I assume you must live in either Florida or SoCal. :D :D :D
