if only Mazda didn't choose to use 'FE' in its US VIN, then there won't be such confusion... sigh

The "FE" also appears on the VIN of my Australian delivered 8 as well and I'm just as confused.

I did a google check. Typed in mazda fe. I got santa fe mazda dealership. I typed in se3p and there is rx8. So I go with se3p it just sounds cool like r2d2 from star wars. Google knows better then you.
