It cracks me up that anyone would be dumb enough to think that these returned mazda's will be going to the scrap heap. Mazda is going to resell them.... Whatever tool posted that they are being returned under "Lemon Law" is an idiot. A car isn't a lemon just because the maker lied about it. It also cracks me up that you people actually believe the 6% number from a proven liar. Continue to wallow in your denial. Every time I see someone driving an RX8 , I will think that person got had. A fool and his money.

My cars better than yours, yes it is, no it isn't yes it is ...
mazda stole my children and made burgers out of them ...

This forum used to be about sharing useful info, now it's just about bitching and conspiracy theories.

Grow up guys.

I am that tool. I am also a lawyer. You are wrong, they do count as lemon law buybacks.

Tell the truth, everytime you see a 8, you get an erection, and then you get angery. ITs ok, there is nothing wrong with driving a AMC pacer for dominos. Tips are good and everyone starts someplace. with enough savings, you will someday, be able to have a real live girl friend, and move from your parents basement.

Just keep saving.

Oh, now you are the voice of reason?

You still have not posted the ad. Better hurry up with photoshop, make it look real

And no, you do not own a skyline. Post a pic and the vin. Oh thats right, it would look out of place in front of your section 8 duplex

nor do you own a life.

what you are is a nasty, envy filled troll, typing out your drivil in the squalid confines of your aged doublewide, wiping your grimy hands on the jelly donut encrustd "wife beater" T shirt you have worn now for two weeks, And just passing some time before you shuffle off to bed, clutching an old protein stained copy of "Blueboy" .

Really, how close to the mark did I get?

BTW, you still haven't told us which dealer you saw the killer deal at your local paper
Well, you still can't buy a 6MT G35 sedan or coupe under $25k, so I don't see how a comparison would help much. Killer deal? It's only $2400 off MSRP, not the end of the world. Still a sweet deal though. (if anyone really needs this ad for price negotating or comparison, PM me)

klegg, so you are now a lawyer and a tool eh? No wonder facts don't seem to interest you. btw: your insults sounds more like cry for help in your own life. Get some help, will ya? :D This is getting more and more interesting. btw: I don't know of a lawyer who is only capable of 6th grade English. Tell you what, show me a scan of your law degree and I'll give you the ad. Now go on and come up with a list of excuses why 'facts' don't matter to you.

I type fast, and I have a support staff to check my spelling.

But yes, I am a lawyer, and if you go over my past posts you can see were I practice, courts I appear in, some nice conversations between myself and a few of the other lawyers here.

We still do not have that ad, or proof you own a skyline.

So we can only conclude that you do not have either one.

Now, I am recovering from knee surgery, so I have lots of time on my hands. But you, well, Its saturday, why not go play with your other school friends? Hang out by the 7 eleven?

I agree with a previous post that this thread is just pathetic.

Why doesn't everyone grow up! If you think someone is a"troll" don't even reply to them. They'll go away eventually.

Let's get back to objective opinions, and actual facts from owners etc.

I am embarrased by the tones of this thread, why doesn't the admin take it down! It gives 'negative publicity' to the forum.

Back on thread....

6% buy back??? - on the deal the US customers where offered, I'd expect 50%.

I love my RX8, but if I was offered all my money back for it after driving it for a few months and could go out and buy a fresh one, I'd do it without blinking.

Was there some catch, or are 94% of US RX8 owners in love with their 8's so much that they couldn't bare to be away from them (I know for a fact that one forum member sleeps with his car - do too, do too!)?

Klegg, you are a complete blowhard liar. I read your last 3 posts.. Are you getting "angery"? You don't like "drivil". And you use were instead of where? Post your state and attorney registration number if you are so legitimate. Also tell me what page of Sullivans Law Directory you appear on. Post your law school and graduation date. Tell my how many questions there are on the multistate portion of your bar examination. Lemons are based on defects that can't be cured... there is no defect in the 8. There is nothing that cracks me up more than a lawyer wannabe.. The last thing real lawyers ever bring up in any conversation in real life is the fact they are lawyers unless they are trying to get laid by some bimbo.

licensed in PA and NJ. Graduated from Widener, Delaware campus, after one year at the PA campus. Top of class in contracts and tax. (AMJUR for both)
200 questions on the multistate. NJ grades your essay portion, when I took the PA bar, they waived the essay depending on your multistate score. (95% of my practice is based in N.J., but I do represent the business of certain lancaster based Amish.)

I will pass on the id number, since I do not trust you that much, besides, my point here is made.

IT absolutely counts as a lemon law buyback, and they (MNA)really want it to, for tax reasons.

I am married, so I do not worry about the sex portion that much.

Everyone knows I am a lawyer here already, based on old posts were legal opinions were sought.

You do not rally have the ability to **** me off. Really, I am enjoying how frustrated you are getting.

Now, lets talk about you. I will not ask for your info since I already know it. I represent your type everyweek as a public defender. Tell me if this sounds familier.

Your parents are separated. They never married, but pop stayed around for a while, after the "little accident" that lead to you.

Your moms second boyfriend used to touch you at night, and when you told your ma, she blamed you. He beat you for that, but then again, he was beating the old lady already.

These two factors, plus a few legal problems for minor drug offenses, have lead to a severe inferiority complex, in addition to fear of any authority figure.

You still live with ma, in a apartment over the bar were she serves drinks.

You are 17-23 years old, bit of an acne problem, High school dropout, but not dumb, just really lazy and unmotivated

You work at walmart or 7 eleven, as a stockboy.

You can not spell "ANGRY" but can spell "LOSER"

You have a mullet hair style, and a rather angry case of crablice.

Did I miss anything?

Oh no, klegg is crying about his autobiography again. You sure know a lot about broken families, personal experience? I am sorry. Lawyer, knee surgery, bored, internet, RX-8.... gotcha. Still, that doesn't explain the teenager anger, 6th grade English and elementary school debate skills. "Top of class" hahahaha, that's either real funny, real sad, or both.

About the ads and my Skyline.... let's just say "I will pass on the id number, since I do not trust you that much, besides, my point here is made." Unless, of course, you'd offer a scan of your certificate. (or your daddy's, either one will work)

btw: you can still get brand new RX-8's for under $25k with CD player. (6MT base model w/ CD player) This deal has been around for weeks, so I don't think it's a 'one time' special. Dealerships probably want to unload as many cars as possible before winter.

Look, Skyline, if you are not a complete a- - h ole and a simple-minded troll, then post a picture of your right-hand drive, US approved Skyline with a US plate mounted to it. If you can't do that (or are unable to do so) due to your limited computer skills, then get the f - - - off of this forum. In the future, you will always be known for what you are...a liar! If you can do this, then I retract my description of your character.

Actually, its not my english, its my spelling. I came to grips with the fact I just will never be a good speller about two decades before you were born. does not bother me, but by all means, keep focusing on that.

And I did not say I was top of class. I did amjur two subjects. Of course, you do not know what that means, but thats ok.

I am not the one with "Teenage anger". Perhaps you do not get that I like this stuff. You two on the other hand, seem to have the problem. Frankly, I enjoy the verbal sparring.

You know, let me save you some time here. I drove the 8 before I bought it. I purchased the car based on this, not the specs. I tend to keep a car about 8 years, so resale does not matter to me. I liked the car, better then the G35, so I bought it. Beleve it our not, I could have anycar I want, really. (Well, I do draw the line around 50 grand. I just feel no car is worth more then that) HP is meaningless to me, the car goes as fast as I need. I am not pissed off at mazda for the spec change, all car co do this. I feel I paid a fair price, and I know and accept that the car will be discounted someday. It is the nature of cars. I do not get why you think any of this would upset me, But try to insult me in some other areas next time, who knows, you may hit a nerve.

I did give a whole lot of info about myself. But what the hell, here is some more. Now, NJ does not have ID numbers for lawyers, but If you want my PA id #, it is 71982 CLE group 1. I do0 not know if the administrative office of courts will give you any info based on that, but by all means, give them a call.

There is nothing you can do with that # anyway, it is not used for anything. If you try to use it, it would be a Fed offense, since it is tranmitted over telephone lines. That is jail time, but I guess you would enjoy that.

Now my sad little friend, how about that skyline proof?
PM me if you want to keep it private.

But the fact is you will not. Because you have nothing, and are nothing. It is saturday night, why are you home? No friends, no girlfriend or wife? Tonight you will do what you do everynight, go to sleep alone, perhaps after the only intimacy you know, self pleasuring. Your real reason for being on this site is that you want an 8, but can not afford one. To make yourself feel better, you anonymously post nasty things to those who are fortunate enough to have what you do not.

Let me make you feel worse about you life. Let me tell you what the next 24 hours will be like for me.

Tonight I will put my two great Kids to bed. I will go to my A/V room and watch "Dreamcather" with my wife. ( DVDs look great on the samsung 50' dlp set, by the way.)

Tommorow, I will take my family to church in my REAL mazda 8 (As opposed to your fantasy car).

I will take the family to eat, then I promised my son that we would limp down to the dock and try some fishing. there is a pike with his name on it, it seems. ( oh, a pike is a fish, nasty little buggers. My house sits on a private lake, in hamilton twp, N.J. you can take the stream all the way down to mays landing if your up to a 5 hour boat trip. By all means stop by anytime.)

When I go to sleep. I will say a prayer for all the good things in my life, specifically my kids and my wife.

I will thank god I do not envy anyone.
I will thank god I am not you.

You have enough info now about me to verify everything I have said, More then you need, but not enough to do any harm with the info, except maybe to crank my office.

Of course, you will still say that I do not exist.
You would say that even if you lived next door to me.
To admit otherwise would be to acknowledge how sad you really are.

Now, we still do not have any facts about you at all.

We can only conclude that you do not have a skyline, and in fact, not much of anything.

That tends to come from your job in waste disposal and/or food preparation, no?

Time to put the kids to bed. I will check in Sunday, just to see what new filth you can spew.

You no longer are amusing, just kind of sad

You did everything with the exception of finding out the FACTS~ Let's, pathetic personal insults, more personal insults, some irrelevant blah's about nothing, and then you come to a conclusion that has nothing to do with the facts. Reminds me of the typical scum ball lawyers you only see in movies. What's up with the 'oh, if you look up my personal info you'll go to jail' junk? All the big talk and turned out to be another insecure web junkie?

btw: I feel sorry for your son (your clinics and wife and parents for that matter), for an old fart lawyer and father you sure don't act like one - internet or not.

Now you can continue your blah's and woo's, I wonder how people respond to that in the court? (Assuming you've ever set foot in a court room)

Oh, back to the FACTS eh? You'll have it, I just enjoy klegg's autobiography and his debate skills. Now you guys maycontinue with personal attacks. I suppose that's what people do when they are frustrated and blind to the truth. I still don't see why people would turn so nasty just because of $2400 discount on a brand new car.

Like I thought, you put down the challenge, I give you what you want, and still no skyline info.

FYI- I urged you to call and verify my ID. I want you to call. I did warn you not to try to use it for any other purpose, as that is ID theft and a crime. It is all there in my post, you can not change what I wrote.

My analysis of you is not an insult, I have a keen way of figuring out a whole lot about a person from talking to them. One of the things that make me an OK lawyer. (Of course, I must not be that good, I still PRACTICE law.) I love that joke. Fact is, you and I know I am real close to the mark.

How about all the info I gave you, at your request? No "thank you"? I am not surprised

Now, how about some facts about you, and your wonderful imaginary car?

Oh, and personal attacks on my kids? I must really be getting to you! You are even sadder then I thought!

Woo, that's low --> using your family and kids as shields to play the victim game. I have watched my share of Law and Order episodes, I don't recall any lawyer ever deploying that sort of tactic.

btw: the trade was your scan of law degree for printed ad for the RX-8 sale. I didn't request where you studied or how many kids you had. Irrelevant facts don't matter here, counselor! So fire up that Photoshop and give me some pictures. You see, all that's holding me up from giving everybody the ad is the fact that you still havn't brought your degree paper to the table. btw: it's not I don't believe you are a lawyer, I just want more prof to back up my story when I tell jokes about you.

You want the prof of my Skyline? What are you going to trade in return? The sad thing is that many in the forum have already seen my Skyline and the ad, yet you remain convinced that FACTS don't matter. You have 3 more hours to make insults~ keep going. :D
