theres a diy on how to install them, but ill help ya out. you dont have to remove the wheels but it might be easier. start by removing the wheel well liners closest to the side grills. if your arms are small enough you can just remove the bottom ones and wiggle your arm in between the liner and the fender i think i have to remove 3 or 4. the fastners are 1/4 turn plastic rivits. phillips head screwdriver and they should pop out about a 1/4 inch but they will probably strip out. you can get replacement ones at the auto parts store. after the head pops out pull the rivits out and remove the wheel liner or pull it back and stick your arm in the back side of the fender. the grills are held in place by clips around the perimiter, you simply squeeze these and the grills will come out. if there is double sided tape on the strakes you can cut through it with some fishing line or something of that nature. after the grills are out the strakes are held in place with phillips head screws, just take them out. reinstall everything in reverse order. hope this helps

You definitely don't have to remove the wheels, just turn them as far to one side or the other as necessary to gain access to the fender liner.
