well i don't speed........well actually only about 5-7 miles over the speed limit, i keep within the 2 sec rule, use all blinkers, don't talk on my cell phone, don't drive in teh left lane. i guess that's pretty good, however i have raced a little.......

following most rules of the road doesnt make you 'good'.... experiance does, which comes with time, or going to advanced driving school which cost thousands..

Redlining in 3rd will put you in the 90's.

My fav is actually second gear, i like to creep up to 5.5k and then floor that betty!

 

You should try keeping your car at redline for as long as possible. I drive around in 1st and 2nd all the time... don't really know why they put those other gears there?

back to the OP question....ive redlined 5th a couple times it its about 142mph if i remember correctly......of course this was on a private road.....

 

"bump" is when your thread starts getting old, you can bump it up so it can be seen easier at the top of the thread list...

 

oh thank you! i could not figure it out. dang 142 mph! what is the top speed of the car, like 160 or something? what do you have on it?

 

mods r in my sig....ive only been up to like 145.....ran out of road....but itll prob only make it to 148....150 with a tail wind/down hill.....
