Then I got tired of the whole interior being pink, so switched to blue.

Now seems much brighter, and much less gay.

I went with the blue all around but I wish I had gone with a white led in the dome to have some usable light as well.

oh and from personal experience... dont get the crappy stuff from rotaryfx or superbrightleds, both are rip offs. rotary fx lasted a couple of months, sbl didnt even last a day and didnt want to warranty them out.....

get vled, its the better choice

Heres what I went with.

3022-xHP4 - in white for the dome light

WLED-xHP13-T x 2 in red (one in glove box, and one in the trunk)

WLED-xHP9-T X 2 in red (one in each door)

WLED-xHP5 x 2 in red (for each map light)

WFLS-x30-BK Flexible Light Strip - Black Circuit x 2 in red (for each foot well light)

These provide a deeper red in the range of 40 - 65 lumens of light. The standard peanut bulb is around 14 lumens I believe. No its not pink, and yes it provides a ton of light. If you pm me I can send you photos as I am creating a nice do it your self for this.

that was before I installed the illuminated shifter. If you look at the photos with the illuminated shifter though you can see the interior lights as well. Notice they are not pink, and light up more than you need.

All blue except for white map lights.
