Ok, I am a soon to be buyer of THE RX-8 WOOT. and I would like
a list of every recall that mazda has done for this car. Also do you think that the dealership would do all the recalls before I buy the car if I ask? EX: can you also change the oil pan and the airbags and the transmission problem. Thanks for all your hope soon to be owner!

The dealerships are required by law to do recalls on any car in their inventory before it is sold. The TSBs are done only if there is a need, so you'd have to have the car checked to see if it needed the oil pan replacement, for example. It certainly wouldn't hurt to bring the list to the dealer and talk with them about it.
