I never do, because I'm driving. The passengers seem to like them well enough.

I open them for the kids.

I'm yet to have them open during rain .... how much rain gets in if they are open during a normal rain storm ?? (parked)

(obviously a downpour will get lots of rain in no matter whats open )

one of the few things i think they missed with this car...making them automatic would have been sawwwweeeeet. I'd love to pop them open for ventilation, but its too much of a hassle.

I like to open 'em for ventilation. And it's easy—takes two seconds. (I'm glad they're NOT power windows! Do you really want that extra weight/complexity for something so simple?)

That' s how I feel about it. I opened the back windows for ventilation and kept off the AC when it is not too hot but warm and humid. It is not that hard to open and close manually. I think it looks cool with them open too.

it will pour in badly due to the angle that it opens. if you wanna try, leave them open while your washing the car... lol

I use mine quite a bit, all windows and roof open think it could/might help the airflow a little bit so the air doesn't pocket in the backseat

The only time I ever open them is when I'm cleaning it. They have to be opened to dry around them & prevent water dripping/trailing down the side.

It's a nice detail, very similar to early 911's. With the warm weather in Southern California, I have them open probably 50+% of the time as it vents the interior heat quite well while parked. Easy to close from the driver's seat as well.

In the hot weather I will open them just about always when parked (it's a newsworth event if it rains in the summer here so there's no chance of getting rain in the car) to help keep the interiour cool. I also will often leave it open to help draw air through the car from the front vents. It works very well. Leaving them open on the highway can be a bit noisy though. I usually only open the driver's side and that way I can reach back and close it at the last light before entering the highway.
