Shoot I'm lucky I guess the times I haven't had the time to do my own tire rotations I've been able to take it to a place called discount tire and had it done for free I also bought the tires there so...

Definitely better tires for cheaper than the OEMs. Dunlop and Pirelli both make better tires that are much less expensive IMHO.
I don't know about those Coopers above but they are definitely a cheap set if you're looking for just something to get your around in all weather.
