Rattling - best way to find it?
Alright, I have something rattling in the back of the car, sounds like the rear window, but people sitting back there cant figure it out.
I removed the center console back there, nothing. Had a passenger push on all surfaces, including the side windows, still nothing. Its loud and very very annoying.
Any help finding something like this?

Mine to.... haven't put much effort into finding it yet. The worst part is that it does this on the nicest roads under the least extreme driving. Love it if someone were to find this little gremblin....

I had the EXACT same problem (A rattle/clicking noise)... turns out it seems to be coming from the back left speaker, so I gently banged the speaker cover a few times, and it went away. The other day it came back again though
Hope that helps

I will check the speakers. For me it seems to be coming from the right.
Thanks for the tip. I'm going to have the dealer deal with it otherwise, and thank god im not the only one

Mine was from the rear speaker rattling against the rear window. Get someone to hold it still while you drive and see if the noise will disappear. They must hold it at the far end where it almost touches the rear window. If the noise disappears, then my bet would be on the teeth on the speaker cover. These teeth need to be slid under the sockets when you replace the covers, a tricky job. These sockets hold them in place and prevents them from rattling against the window. Either the teeth missed the sockets, or they were broken (usually by a downward force on the speaker cover). Long story, hope it helps.

The guilty party of rattling in my car was a seat belt buckle. It will only happen when the seat belt is fastened. My glove box rattles, and both my doors rattle. A sport tuned suspension on Louisiana's crappy roads = harsh ride.
