Racing Brake Contact

Does anyone know how to contact them from anywhere outside of US. Placed an order, want to cancel it. Called their toll free and local number, not going through. Can someone confirm if their toll free number even works.

If someone can get in touch with them, can you just ask them to check them e-mail. My reference order number is 2707.
