Question about wheels

Question about wheels

I've been thinking about wheels for my "8". The option I really want to pursue is what I have seen on the Fort GT. I would describe these as recessed wheels. Anyone with any advice on the actual names for this type of wheel? I'd like to speak "intellegently" to tire shops on the subject. Any other advice on how this type of wheel could work on an "8" or not would be apprecaited as well.

The stock RX-8 wheels are +50mm offset.

The wheels you show I imagine have much lower and possibly negative offset - I don't think anything like that would fit an RX-8. Considered chatting with one of the friendly knowledgable folks tirerack.com about this?
