when you say "these guys" does that mean a company's employees or just Joe Schmoe off the street?? the latter sounds like a bad idea to me unless you trust them that much with your baby.

sounds like the speakers' power isnt being cut quickly enough

couple ideas:

1) cheap amp? (sounds likely) what company makes your amp?

<if that's not it then...>

2) where'd they hook the amp power and remote turn on to?

(power should be from the battery directly, and remote turn on to something hooked in with the ignition [the 12 volt power supply in the "hidden compartment" worked well for me])

Might try taking it back to the guys who installed it and let them hear it. Was your installation guaranteed for awhile?

Since it's apparent that you really don't want help but rather just bitch about "these guys" I will offer you just one piece of advice. STFU unless you know what you are talking about. There are a few guys and gals on here that actually know what they are talking about and they can spell well enough to communicate their question effectively.

If you want to start a flaming war then go troll another forum where they tolerate that kinda crap.

so remind me, what makes you think we want you posting here with that attitude?
Even moreso, while you're asking for help?

conmeng:

Dude, what's your problem. You come here looking for advice and then get all nasty and abusive when someone asks a legit question of what you meant by "these guys".

My vision when you said that was four highschool kids, a big box of stuff from eBay that was overpaid for, and no clue as to how to install it.

LIGHTEN UP. Or go hang out in www.idiotsclub.com

you need to kill the power to your amps before you kill the power to the HU and or car.
You are hearing the amp surge and that makes the Speaker Flutter.

Cool it everyone. It's pretty clear that conmeng is just trolling, no need to even continue replying. Ignore his rude ***, maybe he'll go away.
