This is probably redundant, but I picked up my RX-8 on Monday and have begun a running log of my fill-up, trip-o milage, odometer readings, octane, driving style, etc . . . and will be maintaining this log for the forseeable future. If anyone is interested I will post my results. So far, two fillups with mixed driving and I went ~17.6MPG the first tank (starting at 8 total car miles) and ~19.3MPG for the second. I believe my car was built in Jan of 04 (per the door jamb sticker). I'm not sure what flash level the car is at.
