PCM & WDS

As a new owner please excuse my ignorance but what does PCM and WSD stand for?

Power Control Module = car's computer brain

World Diagnostic System = service tech's computer brain that he hooks to your car's computer brain. tells him whats wrong with your car and allows him to "flash" the PCM with software updates.

I gotta say that made me laugh well done! the tech at the shop ran Wont Do **** on my car it didn`t tell them that the PCM had failed, then it took them 6 days to find out that it was the PCM.
