Opinions on replacing my engine

I bought my 05 a year ago with 0 miles . During the year it has been worked on by Mazda for fuel overflowing. Now the third time it get's worked on amd they tell me my baby need's a new engine. I am mad and dissapointed, but still love my car. I wanted to see what you guys think do I go with a diffrent car or stick it out with a new engine. My 05 is my daily driver and it's scares me that this it the third time it leaves me stuck on the road.

Free new engine, what's the problem?

....and why are you "stuck in the road" - did it die?

Why not take the free engine and the free rental car while you are waiting? Fuel overflowing? Do you mean it was what we call "Flooded"? This problem is all over this club site. How did this happen? Was it shut down cold? Give us some more history please, miles, type of driveing it gets,etc....

if mazda is paying for it.. get a new engine.

the only time you refuse a new engine is when you are paying for it or its working properly to begin with...

If all your problems were from the old engine that is now going to be replaced, then why would you think that after you got the offfensive engine replaced there would be any more problems?

Just get the new engine and spin off down the road. I've got 65K happy driving miles on my 8 although it was all on the original engine.

I say take the free engine. it's probably the best thing that can happen to you before your warranty blows out the window :P
