Ahh the addiction is calling me to order something else for my 8. But the wallet looks at me with disgust....


Anyone else run into this same problem or am I just the only one?

Hah, my 8 is mostly stock because of that. I try to think of it as money/value, and when everything that makes this car better costs half what the car is worth, the money goes towards different things.

I do the same thing but the wallet almost always wins....Right now I NEED Coils and Plugs and Want a midpipe(but can't decide on a midpipe) but the wallet just is not happy w/that

Just received my AFE short shifter and Voodoo Magnum pearl **** with etched shift pattern.

To the op - one thing i can tell you about getting bit by the mod bug - no matter how well you plan out your list - there's a good chance it'll change in the near future. New products are always coming out for the 8 so don't be surprised if your plans suddenly changes - i know i went wayyyy off from my original mod list

 

needs.... coils, plugs, wire

wants.... spoiler, exotic speed, short shifter, asian wiminz, various minor mods

have... sub/amp waiting for install

 

my addiction is so bad for the rx8 im on my second rx8 lets just say that

 

People are installing "short shifters" when the rx8 already comes with a very very short shifter. How small do you want to go down to? Tweezer size?

Some sense is in order.
