Need more information. Is it continuous regardless of whether the engine is cold or warmed up? If not, when does it happen?

Does it matter if your clutch is in or out?

My throwout bearing has gone from a buzz to a loose-belt like chirp I think the bearing is starting to go, I would change it out myself but really don't have the time would this be under warrenty you think?

It's either a canary stuck in your intake, or maybe a loose accessory belt.

That's a very good question. My throwout bearing has always made a good bit of noise, more than my other RX-8 buddies.

Does yours whine like a loose belt? I was told this is the noise a failing bearing would make.

I need to get this fixed, im takin it to the dealer thursday, so if anyone can help me before then, id appreciate it..

The whistle noise is normal. I believe it is the 5th and 6th actuator ports opening/closing (to let extra air in, thus the whistle noise).
