newbie w/ dealership problem
I have been lurking here for about a year, but never posted. Thanks for the information and entertainment.
Anyway, it seems my car had undisclosed damages. The sales manager at the dealership I went to said that it was common for them to have accidents or vandalism on the lot, and that a local body shop quietly covers it up. If this is a common practice there must be more people with this problem. Have any of you noticed undisclosed damage or repairs to your cars? Have you had heard of any resolution? I am going to try the better business bureau and dmv. If anyone else notices suspicious sales, please report it, maybe with enough complaints it will get looked into.
