New rx8 Club member
Hi, just got my 05 titanium gray 6speed RX8 about a month ago for my 18th Birthday. (I know I'm lucky. To clarify i paid for half of it and parents and friends chipped in to help me out. It was a little deal i made with my parent and my friends wanted to help) Just wanted to say Hi to all the fellow RX8 LOVERS =)

You have chosen a great car - but there is a learning curve on the RX-8 and Renesis engine. Please read the 'stickies' in the tech. forums, and also the F.A.Q.
Also, we've members worldwide. If you'd like, you can put your general location in your profile (UserCP at the top left of the page) - this will help answering if you have questions regarding accessories and warranties, etc...
Again, enjoy spending time here. There's a ton of information, troubleshooting assistance, and some great members and vendors!

Thanks. Yha I've been reading a learning the little things to keep the car in awesome shape. The Car is awesome wouldnt have nothing else in the world In the price range that is =)

There is a quote active regional club in Vancouver. Nice bunch of guys, but I never can get out to meets. Address is in my sig.

welcome to the club!!! the car gets better as you own it!!! make sure and read the faq'a and read up on the tsb's. post some pics when you get time. i really think its awesome that your friends and parents chipped in. makes me think twice about the company i keep, lol..jk.

Nah, were just all older, and wiser, and advocates of safety. Don't want any cute little girls getting hurt from doing "doughnuts"
I noticed you live in Chi-town, so Im sure you will find out on your own eventually, which leads to my next point. Invest in some Blizzak Tires. They are winter tires, Dont leave home without them.
