New member, Hi!
Hi everyone,
I've been lurking for quite some time and have finally decided to make a post. I have owned my blue metallic 8 for about a year and I love it. I used to have big HP V8 American cars (Mustang, Camero) but have been converted to cars that put handling ahead of acceleration <flame suit on>. I have come to love the handling and braking of the 8- there really are other aspects to a sports car!
Anyway, I just wanted to say hi, thanks for having such a great forum!

all you guys with silvers, titaniums, yellows,blacks,shitnka, blue, white (not so much white looks beautifull), all fall short to the velocity red. it just defines SPORTS CAR. its respect confidence. and it look damn good.

But don't RED sports car just scream midlife crisis???? Blue is the best color!!!!!
P.S. The new Phantom Blue is awful. It looks like a dark blue color (looks like the Strato Blue color of the RX-8 in France or maybe the X-men blue one) but then when the light hits it, it reflects this pea green color. Ick. I saw it on the new Mazda 5 last week. Definitely glad I didn't decide to be adventerous and order that color sight unseen!

Red is the fastest. The paint has gold glitters to reflect/ insulate the heat cause by air friction. Being inside a VR RX8... I feel pretty cool!!! Those gold glitters really help!
