Congrats on the car bud.
1. Call Mazda north America and give them your vin they will tell you everything that hqs been done recall wise.
2. condensation in the oil. perfectly normal. will go away with hard driving.
3.Start by checking your coils...do you know when they were changed last. maybe change plugs as well.
4. Might be associated with coils, starter and wires. I'd say you need to get the updated starter.
5.Maybe you have a single disk is what it sounds like.
6.That method works well and yes the holes will get rid of condensation or buy new ones with the upgraded gasket.

I mean you could have the 6 disk and its not reading more than one. But chances are you have a single. The rough idle could be multiple things bud. Coils, spark plugs, wires or bad compression. Motor mounts do deteriorate and the material in them just breaks down. It's one of those things that happens. I went over a railroad track to fast not paying attention and crushed mine. Did you get a compression test done before you bought it?

Most likely the only warranty you've got left on your used 04 is the 100,000 mile engine warranty. And the rough idle is most likely the spark plugs and coils. You probably need to replace them.
