hey all,
im 20 years old, just wanted to stop by and introduce myself to everyone. i recently just purchused a 05 rx8 and im kinda new to the game. im very eager to start modifying and what not to maximize my rx8 experience. any suggestions on modifications ( my budget is about 1000 dollars at the moment) that i can get the most bang for my buck?

Congratulations on your purchase. This is a great source of info here. Lots of nice people too. And as the mods go . .if you want more power, save up for a turbo. But suspension wise, $1000 will get you a very nice set up.

welcome, the only things you can do to maximize your experience with the rx8 with that much money is suspension mods (springs and shocks, sway bars, strut bars and etc). exhaust and intake create better breathing but no real hp gain. Or you can go with tranny mods like flywheel and clutch for better response. its really up to you and what you want to do with your rx8. and yes, serach your heart out because if you ask the same question, you'll get burned.
