Post New Engine Break in Tips?

I recently have gotten my engine replaced under the 100000/8y warrenty thank god it went at 96000 kms! I still am yet to recieve my car back its been about a month now sitting at mazda with two other rx8s( guessing they are getting a new one as well) But im curious on any tips I did some research already but thought itd be more convienent to have it in one thread!

keep under 3k till fully warmed up, keep under 7k for the first 1k miles then change the engine oil.
after than you still need to follow the under 4k before warmed up rule.

Do Canadians know that the warranty for our core engines is for 160k kilometers?
that is equivalent to 100k miles. FYI...
