I would say (for me anyway) two engines, a gas tank, heater, new head unit, and about four visors, and three tail lights (two left) would constitute "significant problems".

But I guess me and the countless other guys I have met at the dealer waiting for my car all have "lemons" too.

Oh, and I forgot about the starter too.
