Need help finding missing wire

So my car got damaged during a flood. It hit something on the bottom right area, under the right headlight, behind the air vent cover. There are 2 connections there from what I can see. One is connected and one is just dangling, and I dont know where it is supposed to connect to. I have also noted that it comes from a joint wire toward the coolant reservoir.

Basically...I think they just clip to the side of the undertray or something. Look for a spot they could clip too down there. Or just Zip-tie it someplace so it doesn't hang down
