Angry Need to help a fellow RX-8 owner...

For those that have followed this thread: https://www.rx8club.com/rx-8-discussion-3/mna-phone-number-please-51229/ the dealership has still not come clean. MNAO have reviewed the complaint and they are moving it down their pipeline but the dealership who installed an aftermarket part, in order to save a few bucks, voided his warranty without him even knowing about it. The dealership is not making good on it in a timely manner imho. I called them two nights ago to let them know that several of the people here in town who own Mazda's are paying attention to the outcome of the situation.

If you would like to support a local 8 owner please call the dealership and let them know that you are also paying attention to the outcome. Here is the phone number: 1(888)456-6332 and the general manager's name is Craig.

Thanks all.

I called a couple of hours ago. Craig was "not available" but she asked if I wanted to leave a message. I chose not to since I live in Tennessee - didn't want them to know where I was calling from; figured it would be more effective if they thought I was local.

Will try again when I get a chance.

Thank you. I was just noticing the number of views and didn't see any posts.

I'd call them if I new a way to cancel out my area code.

Another good thing to do if you have a free Saturday is to park out front of their dealership for a couple hours wityh a sign saying: "this dealership is ripping me off...ask me how". I did that once when I owned a neon and they wouldn't pay for the head gasket replacement because the service bulliten came out after I had mine fixed......It didn't take long for the owner to come out and see me.

First day I called - they "paged" him and said he was unavailable. Now when I call (twice the last two days), they send me straight to his voice mail.

Again, haven't left messages because I live in Tennessee.

We certainly appreciate the effort and I think the message must be getting through... :D
