Need help
Ok...I'm gonna be nice. First...find your stock air box. Do NOT take that car in with that intake. They will void your warranty and then your insurance will **** you as well. Insurance will not cover that if they see that aftermarket stuff in there. If you dont have it...then go buy one.
Your engine is hydro-locked = fucked.

Bypass valve= No water
Drain oil....take plugs out....crank with fuel pump fuse out to get water or any other liquid out(Make sure there still isn't water in the intake or u defeat the purpose) let air out maybe a fan blowing into the plug holes put together and try to start again.....no go refer to SilverHokie's response
*Don't forget to put oil back in it

A timeline of events would be helpful. Did you notice anything while driving (at the time it might have sucked water)? Or did you just notice the water in the intake after you had parked and then later tried to start the car with no luck?
no nothing else had to be wrong. the car flooded(from fuel not water) and they are fixing it. they should be using the new TSB- where did you take it? Tonkin? Herzog? that one in Hillsboro?
