Need a Favour

Can somebody kindly order 2 rx8 oil filters and one air filter to this address.

10395 east crestridge lane

englewood

80111

Colorado

Denver

I can pay them via google.checkout.com or amazon.com. The reason i cannot order myself is that my credit card only works at these two sites.

Thanks

Do you know that Amazon carries filters? Just did a quick search: K&N oil and air, and Wix air.

Eligible for super saver, too.

Screw the stupid racist comments. WTF.

OP is an idiot because of his ridiculous request, not because of his ethnicity.

Thank you for your cooperation.

LOL, calm down partner, its just play. The Colorado comment is simply pertaining to what is listed in message vs. whats listed on profile, nuttin negative. I dont think the guy deserves to be called an idiot, misinformed maybe, but not an idiot. A bit harsh

I don't get the OP. He expects someone to put parts on their tab, and then he'll reimburse them?

That's so Nigerian.

I would be happy to send you my credit card information if you're able to provide me some measure of protection against getting ripped off.

All I need is your bank account information so I can put a hold on about $30 of funds, while I authorize an equivalent amount on my credit card for you.

He's in Pakistan according to his user title.

If he's sincere and not scamming, I actually feel for the OP, but I don't understand what he's really saying in terms of not being able to order a filter (the reason why he can't).

Hussain's OK. Look up his prior posts. He's got an 8, and has been doing a lot of cool things to it. He's started some threads that seemed odd, but after clarification made sense.

Hopefully the suggestions about ordering directly from Amazon will help.

Thankyou people who smacked my behind and to those who put balm on it.
  • I live in Pakistan,
  • Mazda Parts are not available here,
  • My sister lives in USA, She is coming to Pakistan on 27th MAy,
  • I cannot order directly from website as usa website don't accept my credit card, however checkout.google.com as well as amazon does.
  • That's the reason behind the ridiculous request.
  • No I am not a terrorist

Thankyou for pointing out that i can order directly from amazon. But can somebody give me a amazon link to a good oil and air filter which fits rx8.

Otherwise, If somebody is willing to order that stuff on my behalf, I can pay upfront today via checkout.google.com or via amazon gift certificate.

Love the flaming on this forum, keep them coming

Well, someone else can link the air filter, but you're in luck, because a two pack of Purolator Pureone oil filters is $9.48

http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw...olator+pureone

An order of $25 or more, which the air filter may get you to would give you free shipping, I think (to Pakistan, I'm not sure).

Click on the picture of the filter.
Then enter your car in the "Make sure it fits" dialog, and click
Then click on "See all products that fit this vehicle"

There'll be links to oil and air filters.

Pure One oil filters are supposed to be OK. K&N and Mazda seem to be preferred.

Could you pursuade your sister to visit a Mazda dealer, and get genuine OEM filters?

Cool, now that everything is cleared up, i feel i can ask this. OP, just curious, what's the rationale for choosing your screen name? I mean, im sure in the Middle East that may be a common last name, but here in U.S. im quite sure you were aware that name is not very popular, LOL (not that it is anywhere). If its your last name then its pretty obvious...just wondering, im not callin u out or anything

..and for u literal guys, i know the spelling is slightly diff...i know it was gonna come, lol

Ken, I know you know your **** mechanically speaking, but why do you state K&N or Mazda OEM are preferred over PureOnes?

K&N is highly overrated from what I've understood, and the Mazda OEM ones, while adequate, don't have nearly the pleat media surface area nor is the anti-backflow valve nearly as efficient or robust as the one on the PureOne.

I've only used Wix or PureOnes on my 8.
