Well its coming down to two so need your advice maybe you have one of these or you know someone that does? 1) HKS HI power cat or (2 OBX catback I like HKS but hate that I have to go to single muffler when the car was made for 2. The OBX has two exhaust but does not sound to much louder than stock. Also cant read anywhere how much hp and Torque will I get with HKS or OBX. I looked them both up on youtube any advice. thanks

 

Go with the HKS ...a company that is reputable.

 

Won't get much HP upgrade on any exhaust, unless you do the whole intake and exhaust system, which will get you MAYBE 5 HP...

 

Whats up brother What do you think about HKS and going to a single exhaust think it will look stupid?

 

i don't really think it'll look stupid. i'm just not a fan of messing with the OEM look too much... i've heard HKS is good, but apparently too loud

 

I checked out some vids on HKS on youtube did not seem to loud but again not right there. I'm just worried it will look stupid with that other opening bare with nothing in it.

 

I dont think you can avoid it looking stupid with the empty opening its just going to. Other people most likely wont even notice it but you will always see it, if you think it wont bother you much then go for it.

 

To me, it would be like losing a tooth. Even though no one else would notice, your tongue would be drawn to it, and it could in fact make you go crazy!! Just saying

 

I have no problems with the empty hole and love my HKS. It's on the loud side, but not unbearably so. I've had louder cars for sure.

I think cars look stupid with dual outlets when they only have one pipe leading to them. Because of this, it looks funny with only one tip if you got that route. Like I said, the single tip doesn't bother me anyway, so I went with light weight and better sound over looks.

 

I had the HKS and let me tell you, it looks great! I really thought it was gonna look bad and have to grow on me but honestly, the way it looks in person is amazing. The muffler sits just low enough that you can see everything and you can see why it has only one exit. The pipe diameter and the tip make it look as though it is supposed to be like that. The other side just looks like an outlet for air under the car and it all pulls together nicely. If you are a fan of function and looks, then you will love the HKS too. Don't even get me started on the sound...

 

Lol so you did not think it look crappy with one muffler and the other side open wish i could see more pics of the back end like that i looked and cant really get any.
