Analytical people can't love cars?

 

That is too good a deal to pass up. Yes, I am a software engineer, mainly kernel and device driver stuff, two degrees in computer science, and quite proudly analytical. Enjoy, you may now wallow in your anti-engineering bigotry. I would relish seeing you spend more time around here engaging in your love of cars and less in finding reasons to put people down.

Look, I just wanted to understand who would name a car, and I suspected before, but now I know. (Just seems childish to do it and be so proud to make posts and chat about it.)

Somebody should have spent less time gaming and more time studying for the spelling test. Then they'd probably be a lot less pissy.

 

I named both of my Miata's. For some reason, though, I have no urge to name my RX-8. While the Miata's had a personality of sorts, my RX-8 is metal, plastic, and rubber. It's definitely a machine only. A fun one, no doubt, and I'm completely happy with it... but no need to name it.
