so driving today hear some grinding noises i just figured it was my splash guard dragging on the ground figured zip ties broke then it dies outta no where look under car heat shield is dragging which makes me think cats clogged it heated up and broke the welds on the shield so question is
new cat or mid pipe and if so what one do i get?

I just gutted the whole system,no cat..63mm stainless..2x resonators 76mmx300mm...oxygen sensor in the middle of the 2 resonators..at the back they made me 2x 63mm bends, cut the backs open and rewelded it in result making it a y...running into 2x speed 300mm long x180mm round FREEFLOW boxes...exiting at back with 2x 95mm tail pipes>>sounds awsome, more power...
