Or you could go to Walmart and put some muffler tips on.

 

tips aren't really guna change the sound.

but seriously, you're being to vague. sounding better is a matter of opinion. deep, rasp, loud, etc.

 

What sounds good is a matter of opinion.

 

Borla is one of the most universally liked exhaust notes on the rx-8. I just didn't like the piping and that due to the design more soot and flames came out one side than the other.

 

I tried the OBX exhaust off ebay.....and it compares to Borla $395 for catback system......Thats aout the cheapest cat-back system u will find for tthe 8.....it's a little loud at first start up but after the pipe gets hot is quiets down and sounds pretty throaty....

 

i want it to sound deep and then become loud
