You need the pedal lock. the club is a joke (yes, just cut the steering wheel)

the pedal contains I forgot whats it called but its much much harder than the stuff in any steering wheel.

You're right, of course, but that's not what the club is designed to prevent. Say my car's in a mall parking lot, with the club on the wheel. Some kid looking to steal a joyride wanders past my car. He sees the club, and also sees that the car next it doesn't have the club.

Hmmm, I wonder which car he can steal quicker?

As prescriptionmazda pointed out, car thieves fall into two categories. The "joyriders" are amateurs and will be deterred by "The Club" and move on to the next car. The "chop shop" thieves, on the other hand, are pros who "steal to order". If your car happens to be the one they want, they will get it no matter what.

exactly, I ment to say that the club is great because it deters the joyriders, but if thieves do want your car, then there is nothing you can do, save camping out in it for the rest of your life.
