The Most miles?

To compliment the thread about RX8 engine longevity I thought I would ask who has the most miles on their 8 so far. Not a pole but just a question. If you think you have a lot or potentially the most, please reply and comment on the general experience thus far: pros and cons. I'd like to get a general idea of how they're holding up.

Well I'm right at 6,000 miles...definitely not the most, but I have had absolutely no problems at all. The car is really starting to come into its own.

There should be a few people with 30-50k on their car already

I, sadly, only have 18K miles on my '8 so far. bought it back on march 23rd, and spent a month in australia....

No problems as of yet... I had the airbag thing done, the A/C thing replaced because I wanted colder air, and the oil pan replaced for that "oil light on at 65" problem.... I wouldn't call those problems, just... first year mistakes :-P

I'd really like to see the high 20s and over 30s if possible.

It has been discussed before. The recordman said he had 36k miles in one year. No probs at all, he sold it to get a '05

I think the highest so far is this dude, at 50k+ miles

Since that was 3 weeks ago, he could be closing in on 60k by now :D

Good luck...happened to me because of a dumb-bunny dealer prep person. I ended up putting in those nylon screw thingees. Worked well, but it should not have happened in the first place.
