One time recently I was wicked low on gas, and the station I normally go to was closed (I think from all the rain and flooding) anyway I chose to just hit up the Stop and Shop gas station and fill the tank with 93. Here comes the embarrassing part, seems they had some water in there tanks as well. I got to take the car out at lunch like I normally do (nice to get out of the office for an hour) and soon as I go to start her I knew something was up. It caught right away but was sputtering a bit, then the cloud of white smoke started pouring out the back of the car. Oh man, it was horrible. But some dry gas in the tank and a nice long drive so I could put some fresh gas in and it cleared up. But wow was that kinda freaky.

Here's the worse, a year ago me and 3 friends, 2 girls 2 guys, was about to go to the club. Go in the car i was like, this is why rx8 is amazing, i can fit 4 comfortably and have 2 (sometimes 3 chicks) cranks and no go. (battery for some reason died) the starting was getting weak for that week and i thought something was wrong, and it chose that night to give out. it was so embarrassing.

I got you beat sniper. So last year right after Fat Tuesday coming from the local Dukes every one was crossing the street after the party had ended to get to the parking lot. Keep in mind this place was packed with girls. we are all crossing the street and about midway I decided to hit the auto start button. Now my friend drove my car up to the spot cause he just insisted on driving his first RX8 so I let him. Big mistake cause he left it in gear so everyone watched as the car was starting up and running into the curb trying to push over it and finally got stuck ,cracked the front lip off and stalled out. While some chick screams out saying OMG who's car is that. As all 30 girls looked over. I just stopped in my tracks and my face turned red.

LOL! hey man, you were trying to look cool in front of the Bettys with the remote start thing... weren't you. You know you were. There's not much difference between grand champion cliff diver and stuff on a rock. |
Rear ending an accord at 20mph in stop and go traffic was pretty embarrassing.

We we leave and I somehow proceed to drive forward thinking there isn't a damn parking curb in front. My friend keeps saying, I know your not going forward. I'm like yea, why not?! So I step on the gas and ahhh crap. The 8 gets stuck on the curb. OMG, all the people passing by.. And some construction workers were in front of me laughing.. I had to turn the wheel left and right with my friend pushing the car backwards. Oh god, I was ready to die. I should of taken a picture with the words. "FAIL" .. Good thing we got the car out, I wouldn't be able to handle a damn tow because of this.
Forgot to mention some guy was screaming "nice car!" .. :( |
