I just bought a 2008 Mazda RX8. I really love the looks of the Mazdaspeed body kit on this website, but I couldn't find the body kit anywhere online, all I was finding were ones that fit only the 2004. Does the Mazdaspeed body kit fit the 2008 RX-8? If anybody could provide me with a link so I could look at buying, or if you could stab me in the heart and tell me that the MS wont fit my 2008

no, the body kit will only fit 04 rx8s. they made some drastic changes to how the body is laid out, you can compare images (just use google and search) and see for yourself. sorry. they havent come out with a mazdaspeed bodykit for the 08s, they are too new. they also probably wont, because of the redesign in 09, so they probably wont spend the effort.

sorry dude. the good news is that there are lots of look a like kits on ebay. check there. and those look a likes fit all years, so dont hesitate to buy them. my friend bought this really nice kit of ebay, it looks awesome.

nope. fits the 05 just fine. my guess is it will fit 06-08 as well as the body changes are minimal, if any.

What's so bad about the ebay body kits? I cant really tell much difference just by looking at them. The one listed above is $428 with shipping. A real MS kit is like $1000+ then shipping.

 

the ebay body kids are made of CHEAP fiberglass material and the fitment SUCKS. Trust me, I've had the displeasure of seeing a few in person.

they're pretty bad. the fitment usually is WAY off around the side markers and never quite line up well with the hood.

 

all the money you "save" with an ebay kit get's spent + 20% more to get it to fit.

actually there is a guy who makes urethane replicas that are the same fit but without the goodies and without paint for like 650 shipped... search away.. ordering my rear from him and already have the sideskirts that are just fine and on the car!
