this survey sounds like what you guys were asking for with your concerns....i think they are getting the hint...they emailed me this link http://autos.whoscalling.com/media/c...vey_intro.html to do the survey and it seems pretty in depth as to how you can comment on everything your concerned with.....i just voiced mine...i wonder if you need an invite to voice yours or you can use the link from my email....try it out and see :D

 

Chris, just tried it and before they ask the first question, they are stating that I must provide only the email address which the survey was sent to. So, my guess is that we will not be able to take this. I hope you addressed most of the big complaints...

I wasn't sent the survey, but I was able to complete it nonetheless. Possibly, I gave them my email address in the financing office, and that is why it worked. Everyone should at least attempt it. The more input they get, the more likely they are to develop fixes for some of this stuff.

they may have your email addresses on file so its worth a shot.....let them know how you feel

 

i was sent the same survey...god i really hate those things.

 

I've probably filled out 2 or 3 of these shortly after I purchased the car. One from Mazda and a couple from independant organizations. One actually keeps sending me the same survey about every month or so. They include a crisp new one dollar bill they say as a "thank you" for filling out the survey. The first few I simply took the dollar and threw the survey away. Yet still every few months they send me another with another crisp new dollar bill. Hey I can handle this. I've probably made $5 so far. I figure I've given my honest opinions already and I refuse to fill out anymore.
