I still have a GM card from my Blazer days. 5% of every purchase up to I think $1500 can go towards a new car. And they also like to bump you up to $2000 sometimes. Does Mazda have anything like this? That would be GREAT for me! Especially since I lease, that $2000 or so would take a nice bite out of my payments!

Actually the biggest reason I'm still thinking about getting a GTO next is that in 3 years you can easily build up $1500 or so in rewards with 5% cash back towards a car. Put that towards a 3 year lease and that will really take a nice piece out of your monthly payments. Esepcially when GM always likes to max you out at $2000 anyway.
