$22,900 for an '09 R3 with 5300 miles on it??? Great deal!!! Best I've seen for a new '09 R3 (413 miles) is $24,995 and that was only because of the $5,000 rebate Mazda had on the RX-8 until 3/1/10. I was going to look at that car last weekend, but someone got there before me. Without the rebate, R3s with your kind of mileage have an asking price of around $25,000 in my area (Washington, DC)

Man, now I regret not holding out for an R3. Bought the 2010 RX8 Sport edition (Red of course) in early Feb & thought I got a deal at $22,500. Would easily give up the 5,000 miles to have an R3 instead.

Guess I'll survive, after all it is my first rotary, and more fun than any previous ride. Maybe by the time I'm ready for the next one it will be a RX9 R3?????

Congrats on your new ride.

Wow that is a really good deal. I paid $26,995 for my R3. Of course mine only had 25 miles on it, but I'd gladly trade the 5000 miles for the $4000.

I went with Aurora Blue btw, I had it shipped from San Francisco to Phoenix just so I didn't have to get black or red.
