Was finally able to get an RX8, just what the dr recommended.

2005 GT, 50k miles, appearance package, bose..pretty much loaded minus dvd nav.

Loooving it. Going to take it to service thursday for a lil check, my main concerns are the obvious this site seems to talk about; coils, plugs, cat. If those check out I'm just going to swap in a nice stereo and enjoy it for a bit.

Yeah, its in such perfect condition, only blemish is some wearing on the bottom side skirts from rocks...nothing a lil touch up won't fix. I thought it was the boring white the mazda 3 has until I saw the sun hit, that pearl paint is awesome.

I had a 330hp 240...so I'd love to turbo this. But I kind of want to start slow though, just get a nice stereo so I can hook up my phone and make sure its all good mechanical wise. You just never know with used cars..they work when you buy it and 3 months down PooF :D

the handling is crazy good though, like people can't understand till they drive it, its so tight and flat.

owns rx8, puts turbo in renny, works with low boost, works after $10k, few engines, massive debt, (PICK PATH 1,2 OR 3)

(PATH 1) wife divorces you, loses kids, develops std's from prostitutes, find out you have aids, gets experimental treatment, doesnt work, develops 2 extra nipples, sells extra nipples on the black market to pay for 4th engine, gets tetanus from the knife,dies.

(PATH2) girlfriend leaves you, gets depressed, fired from job, no more money to continue project, part out, buys another 240 except with more debt.

(PATH3) leave wife/girlfriend, move back in with parents, build a reliable 20psi on a rx8, become famous.

its not a pretty spiral, if your looking for a turbo friendly engine just put in a 13b, or actually, just buy a fc/fd as a fun/consume all money, car.

enjoy the rx8 for what it is, a car that can out handle most others. enjoy it and dont forget to keep up with maintenance.
