Luck of the Irish vs The Curse of the Silver RX-8's
Consider this a proclamation officially ending the silver curse on all RX-8's henceforth and forevermore. Furthermore, all silver RX-8's will no longer suffer any abuses of the curse and live as all other normal RX-8's do.
I hold forth as such evidence as was witnessed by Hidef1080 on his way to work June the 11th in the year of our Lord Twenty Hundred and Nine.
I was on my way to work driving down 285 in Atlanta headed to the Cobb Parkway exit with an 18 wheeler on my left in the next lane. I passed said 18 wheeler and as I was no less than a car length in front of him I hear a loud boom which I thought was a shotgun blast. I look in my rear view mirror only to see that the 18 wheeler had a blowout and swerved into my lane.
Needless to say, had I been next to the tire when it let go [I drive with my windows down] or just next to the truck when it swerved I might not be sitting here writing this.
All I can say is that the luck of the Irish is so strong it supersedes any silver curses of old.

lol tough **** man and you are right n o one ***** with irish luck.
btw I got rear ended on the interstate going 80 mph a while back and the car that hit me ended up getting totalled. I ended up with no damage just a couple minor scratches..jus barely nudged my rear bumper lol (you can't even tell - less then $100 to fix properly).
In fact when I first got hit and looked into my rear view I thought something blew out of my car cuz all the sudden my car boosted from 70 to 80 mph and there was a cloud of dust that looked like smoke. It was actually the car that hit my bumper and flew off the road into a light pole.
And then when I stopped to look there was literally no damage. Wtf. I still don't understand it lol.
